Why Reggae?

For someone who grew up in California, Texas and even spent some time in Costa Rica, the journey of music and creating sounds really began in his early teens, and the community only further inspired the craft

People and culture

Based in California, Eli grew up with many different musical influences and styles since he was very young. The biggest one is Reggae music, which was inspired by Jamaica and its people. This island in the Caribbean has had worldwide recognition, and its impact, even to this day, continues to reach new audiences.

Eli was originally familiar with the Roots growing up, but he soon found himself into bands such as SOJA, Tribal Seeds, and REbulition in the Cali Reggae scene.

Since his very first cali Roots festival, he has been inspired to make music. Further bringing this love of music to his life, producing and engineering Stick Figure had taken over his music selection. To this day, he dedicates his passion to making meaningful music that best reflects his views of the world and the influences that have impacted him from an early age.

His big goal for 2025 is to put out multiple songs and to start performing locally
